The Clings are a 3rd generation family from the Salinas Valley. Peter Cling is a graduate of Palma High School class of 1995 and has a Business Administration degree from St. Mary’s College of California in Moraga. Peter worked 22 years in the agriculture industry for Tanimura & Antle Inc. and Braga Fresh Family Farms and served in a variety of sales and operations roles, including the last 10 years in an Executive Vice President capacity.

Peter and his wife Yadira have invested in apartment buildings since 2020. Yadira has run the day-to-day operations of the real estate business while also being a mom of three. And this is where the sanitation idea was born….
